ProsourceFit Flex and Twist Bars are an effective and convenient way to treat joint pain, rehab wrists, or relieve elbow discomfort. Flex bars for physical therapy can be utilized in numerous ways to treat tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendonitis and more. You can utilize this exercise device to twist, bend and grip the resistance bar to perform wrist exercises that build strength and mobility in overused tendons. Each armbar is 12-inches long and less than 1 pound each. You can choose from 4 resistance levels to meet your fitness and occupational therapy goals. Our twist bars are made from Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) which make them highly resilient, long lasting products. They come as singles, in a set of 3 including the 5, 10 and 15 pound resistances, or as a set of 4 which also includes a 20 pound resistance level.
