“Once upon a creative lull, two dear friends conspired to rescue me from the clutches of routine and whisk me away for three months to the vibrant embrace of New York City. I submerged myself in the city’s infectious energy, rekindling the creative spark that only New York can give you. Every morning, I leaped out of bed at dawn to catch the bus and train from Long Beach to the heart of Manhattan.Coffee in hand, adventure in mind, I dove into the day without a script, allowing inspiration to lead the way. Armed with just a trusty pen, a stack of paper, and a rainbow of watercolor pencils, I set out on a mission: to create with abandon. No rules, no themes: just pure, unfiltered observation and intuition.This free exploration resulted in a collection of over 200 drawings and watercolors.
