Pre-Operation Preparation<br>Location &amp; Installation:<br>●Place the machine on a stable, level surface, away from flammable materials. Ensure the gas hose and valve are correctly connected, without cracks or wear. Check for gas leaks using a leak detection solution (e.g., soapy water).<br>●Component Check: Confirm that the mixing paddles are fully installed and tightened. Rotate the paddles manually several times to ensure they move freely. Check the tilting mechanism for smooth operation.<br>●Power Connection: Plug the stirring motor's power cord into a properly grounded outlet.<br>II. Safety During Operation<br>1.Start-up Sequence:<br>●The correct sequence is: First, start the top stirring motor. Once the paddles are running smoothly without load, then ignite the gas to begin heating. This prevents materials from scorching locally at the bottom.<br>2.Burn Prevention:<br>●During operation, the entire stainless steel pot, lid, escaping steam, and metal frame become EXTREMELY HOT.<br>●Operators must always wear long sleeves, safety goggles, and professional heat-resistant gloves.<br>●NEVER touch any metal working parts with bare hands during or after operation until the unit is fully cooled.<br>3.Stirring &amp; Monitoring:<br>●ABSOLUTELY DO NOT put hands, spoons, or any tools into the pot while the mixing paddles are rotating to avoid serious injury.<br>●Do not fill the pot beyond 70% of its capacity to prevent boil-over.<br>●Continuously monitor the gas flame and machine operation. If any abnormality occurs (e.g., unusual odor or noise), immediately turn off the gas and power.<br>III. Discharging, Shutdown &amp; Cleaning<br>1.Tilting to Discharge:<br>●Always wear heat-resistant gloves before tilting.<br>●Operate the tilting handle slowly and deliberately. Keep your body clear of the pouring path to avoid being splashed by hot oil or materials.<br>●After discharging, always return and secure the pot to its level home position.<br>2.Shutdown Sequence:<br>●After cooking, first turn off the gas valve. Allow the stirring motor to continue running for a few minutes to help dissipate heat evenly, then turn off the motor power.<br>3.Cleaning &amp; Maintenance:<br>●Ensure the unit has cooled down completely to room temperature before cleaning.<br>●Never spray water directly onto the motor, gas valves, or electrical cabinet.
